Visa class on extended I797 copy wrong (H1 for H4)

I've recently applied my H1 & spouse H4 extensions and after regular RFE negotiations, received approvals.

When looked at I797 approval notices received yesterday, My H1 797 has every detail correct but

noticed the issue in my Spouse H4-797 approval

Class on my spouse H4 797 is wrong. It saysClass: H1B.

Its both in Notice Type box and also in personal records copy in the bottom left half.

Everything else is correct except this.

Case Type also reads as "1539 APPLICATION TO EXTEND/CHANGE NONIMMIGRANT STATUS", which is correct. Dont really know how H1 can be approved for an I539!!

Googled but found NO nearly similar situations.

Any ideas what to do next !?

Your employer can call the USCIS phone# (if Premium call the premium line#) and mention the mistake. Usually they reprint the right one and send across thethe correct one same day. In my case, they didn't have the I94 attached (got I797B instead of I797A). When my employer called, they sent the right one the same day (this was in 2007).
