Hi I will be applying for H1b This month.

However i need to leave for India in June for 3 weeks.

Is it ok if i leave the country when i ve filed for h1b?

=> No, its not OK. If you leave USA during H1b processing, you won't get I94 attached with your I797 and you will be forced for consular processing. I94 not attached means your COS or H1b extension is denied.
