bharath_jakkani
Hi all, I have attended for a H1b visa interview on Feb 6th 2012 at Hyderabad location. The consulate officer interviewed me for about 20 mins after that I got a 221g blue form and stating "your application requires additional administrative processing". I waited for 2 and half months and recently on April 9th 2012 I got the refusal email from consulate. I am working for a client through my company and a middle vendor(E V C). MY QUESTION IS: WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS TO GO BACK TO U.S.A?. CAN I CONSULT AN ATTORNEY TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION AND WOULD THAT BE HELPFUL?. Link to comment
osmancis
There should be a very strong reason for your refusal. I believe, its a problem from the employer side. Please contact your employer and ask him weather he had any communication with USCIS in this regards. Or, find any other good employer file H1 in premium processing and appear for interview again. please also take opinions from few other in this regards. I wish u all the very best. Link to comment
wiweq
Just a thought: You can go for visiting visa asking them to sell the stuff you bought on H1b. Once you are in, COS to another non-immigration visa - H1b. Link to comment
