PERM/I-140 approved w/previous employer, PD current: Can I apply I-485?

Hi,

I have my PERM/I-140 approved with previous employer with PD 1/2008. My current employer didn't start new PERM yet. What are the options for me to apply for I-485? Thanks.

My husband's PERM/I-140 is also approved under his current employer, but his PD is 11/2010. Can he apply for I-485 with his employer for both of us, while using my PD (1/2008)?

YES as long as they are active and have not been cancelled and you wish to work for them when you get your GC.
