Filing I-765 and I-129 at the same time

Hi All,

I am currently in US on E3 visa and ndoing renewal for myself and for my wife , my question is can I file both 1-765 and I-129 for my wife at the same time ? I was reading some docs and I found the below paragrapgh , if anybody passed through same situation please advise me.

The Form I-765 must be submitted to the Service Center with jurisdiction over the dependent spouse’s place of residence. However, applications for employment authorization concurrently filed with Form I-129 for E-3 principal aliens can only be filed at the VSC.
