senah1b Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 I had filed L1 to H1 transfer last year November and still waiting for the approval. If I get my papers, do I have to start working the day I get the papers or is there a grace period? Also if I get my papers my L1 gets void immediately?
