I have worked with L1A and completed 6 years and 11 months in USA and left USA on June-18-2011.

My spouse is working in USA on H1b, In H4, I have stayed from Aug-11-2011 to Dec-9-2011.

I am currenlty staying outside USA (India). I would like to know, when I am eligible to apply for H1B for this year 2013. Appreciate for your earliest response.
