PrasadR Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 Hi, I Have my 485(EB2) current this month (As we all know, EB2 is retrograting to Aug 2007) and my wife is India. She will be in India for at least some time beyond this month. I planning to get her here asap and apply 485 with me. If things are not workout as expected what will be my options. Can I do consular processing for her? Can I apply for her next month or so even though priority date is not current? Link to comment
