multiple LCAs

Hi,

I am on OPT EAD and want to get H1b this year.

I asked my employer (consultancy) about it and he filed for LCA yesterday. He is asking money for H1b filing. I want to change my employer. I asked my vendor (mid client) and he is cooperating.

Will it create problems if I file for multiple LCA's ( from 2 different employers)? Does my first employeer need to withdraw LCA before new employer can submit LCA application?

How does it affect H1b processing?

Stay away from any company that wants money for an H1.

There should not be any problem with multiple LCAs. Just in case, having something written about the demand for money for the H1 would help explaining things if CIS would ever ask.
