H1-> L2 -> H4 now H1 - Help needed!

Hi Friends,

My wife was holding H1 on 2008-2011 and we had to travel to India due to personal reasons in 2009. Later i came on L1 in 2010 and my wife was holding L2, later i moved to H1 and now my wife is on H4.

we are planning to transfer H4 to H1(expired last year). My questions are.

1. Can it possible transfer to old H1 or do we need to apply in cap?

2. in case of transfer, what will be main queries?
