H1 transfer after having a loss of pay

I'm trying to make a in H1 transfer and for the last month i had a partial pay from my current employer. All the previous months paystubs are for the full payment. Will this cause an issue ? the reason for the pay loss is that i had exhausted my leave and I had to take off for my wife's delivery and post delivery care. What could be done here to justify the Loss of pay ?
