H1B IN UK SITUATION AS OF NOW FROM FEB 2012- APRIL 2012

hello frnds, as of now the situation is not so good in uk , they were giving 221g or sending emails asking company docs all stuff, if u are really going for a good company (not ........... desi consultancy managed companies) u can get visa directlt if not in 15 days time, but from all consultancies its really tough they dont say any thing further admin processing 221g and sending email , previous last yr situations facts revealed that it took 1yr to process and for some people it took more than that , some even did not hear any thing for 2 yrs , strange things happen, cant imagine the situation, AND more over now in uk there are few jobs and people have no chance of HSMP (TIER1 GENERAL VISAS) SO students and mostly on post study work are trying for usa h1b visas from consulatncies so even the visa officers came to know this sitaution and are not beliveing the companies as they were consultant companies. the info explained above are taken from 25 different situations happened in uk for the last 5yrs from 2007 and recent updates as well
