sow_82
Advisable to join Employer B after your H1 B transfer is approved.I know there will be pressure from Emp B to join but dont resign Emp A , before your H1 B is approved. All the best. Link to comment

Company 2
Yes, you can work for both, thats not a problem. Make sure you work at least 40hrs/week total. Link to comment
wiweq
Always join new employer once your H1b is approved, ask them to do it in PP. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
On H1B, one can not have two FULL TIME (40/hrs/week) job. One can have two parttime jobs(20hrs/week) but for that H1B petition requires that to mention. Link to comment
kalyan_ac
How can you work for two employers in a 8hr day? Better to wait for approval before moving onto the new employer. Do you have any doubts on the new company and why are you fearing h1 denial? Link to comment
JoeF
It depends a bit on the nature of the employer. If the job with employer B is an FT job, the risk of denial is low. If employer B is a consultant, I would wait to join them until the H1 approval. They can file the H1 with premium processing, which gives the result in 15 days. Link to comment
