goomail Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 Ideally, when you get laid off, you are out of status and not eligible to apply for any COS or transfer. Still, you can give a try if you can file that ASAP, approval chances are very minimal. Consult a good attorney. Link to comment
