Questions on LCA

Hello Friends,

My first post in Murthy. I have two questions on LCA:

1. Can an employer reuse LCA for two different candidates.

2. Say if LCA expires in Jan 2012 but employment date in LCA is till 11/2014.

Can H1b be filed with this LCA now, I mean for 2013 cap quota? Is there any additional form needs to be filled for this?
