LCA clarifications - H1B - Urgent please..

Hello Expert(s),

My H1B is extended through OCT 2010 TO OCT 2013. When my employer filled extension he submitted two LCA as below.

1. LCA For Client A with time period OCT 2010 to OCT 2011

2. LCA for Client B with time period OCT 2011 to OCT 2013.

But my project got extended with Client A after OCT 2011 till DEC 2012 .

So my question is "Does my employer have to extend/renew the LCA got for client A? or it has to be refilling or so.?

Please give some direction on above.
