H1B Question

Hi all,

I've got my H1B filed last week by an employer in Delaware. I will be working in an inhouse project for a few months and then will be moving to client locations on corp-corp basis.

If I move out to client site do I need a new LCA and a H1B amendment??

In which cases do we need to file a new LCA?

In which cases an H1B amendment is needed?

Note that "inhouse projects" for a consulting company are a red flag. That indicates "on bench". It could result in an H1 denial.

An amendment has to be filed when the work location changes.
