EB2 priority date retrogression for India - Impact on Feb '12 filing?

The priority date for my EB2 employment based GC became current in the month of Feb' 12 and I have a receipt date of 2/7/12 for my+wife's application. Our biometrics is scheduled for 4/19. Will our case be impacted by the recent EB2 retrogression for India back to Aug 2007, or will it only affect cases filed on or after 3/29/12?
