hahalala
Hi, Less than two months, it will be end of my sixth year of H1B. I want to extend my H1b beyond 6 years, and I know it is too late now. Since I work at college, can I change my status back to student before the sixth years limit reach. Then while I have the student status, can I process the PERM, then I-140, and finally the extension for H1b beyond 6 years. Once the PERM, I-140 and H1b be approved, can I switch back to h1b status with beyond 6 year limit? Can I work as a student employee with the same department as I work as h1b status. Can the h1b and f1 employer be the same? Link to comment
JoeF
For an F1, you can not have immigration intent. Yet, what you try to do shows that you have immigration intent... Link to comment
