kiran1a2b3c Posted April 5, 2012 Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 Hello gurus, I and my husband both got RFEs on birth certificates in last month. I'm dependent and my husband is primary applicant. My BC is ready and my husband's BC will take some more time to be received. My question here is can I (dependent) respond to RFE before primary applicant? Does USCIS continue the processing of my application without receiving primary applicant's response? (dates are still current) Can I respond directly as per RFE instructions wihtout contacting attorney? Regards, Kiranmai. Link to comment
