Urgent Information needed regarding H1B Transfer & Dependent travel

Hello ,

Currently am on H1B and going to file H1B transfer to another company because my earlier company merged into new one.So if my spouse goes out of the county after transfer process ,does she need to go for stamping to return to US.

I appreciate if anybody could provide me with right information.

Nope, if your wife's H4 is not expired, she doesn't need to get the visa stamping again. Of course, she needs to have your latest H1b docs.
