vanshika Posted April 4, 2012 Report Share Posted April 4, 2012 Hello All, My Perm got an Audit on 23rd March 2012 and my H1b status(6th yr) ends on 5th April 2012.My employer said that i can recapture 4 months of time as i was out of country then. My employer said he sent an audit reply but did not take my signature is it ok ,or is my signature on 9089 form compulsary. My Perm was submitted on 7th Dec 2011 do i have any chances of clearing my audit within these 4 months. Kindly suggest Pratap Link to comment
jagat31 Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 I am in same situation. My PD is 01/10/2012 and 6 Years are getting over in July 2012. I got audit and lawyer has asked for signature on 9089. I am not sure what are the options with me now. Did you get any update/answer Link to comment
