Very complex and critical situation help needed please

Hi,

My employer filed my H1 extension in Aug 2011(Premium) and my H1/I94 got expired in Sep 2011 still no response on that petetion. and i have filed another transfer petetion with another company by using that extension petetion number in Jan 2012 and got RFE on that in Feb 2012 and submitted the documents for the RFE in March 2012.

Please some one tell me the possibilities to get the approval on my transfer.

Why did you put a transfer when your H1 extension is in process?

because that was taking so long even it's applied under premium catagory almost that is pending from 8 months and my company attorney told me that i can't stay more than 180 days on receipt number

if it is that long pending, it is omething that you need to talk to USCIS..you can't runaway from your original employer.

Hi

Ask any one of them (old or new) employer to cancel H1B petition with correct explanation. I think call USCIS and get the status ASAP.
