EAD approved I485 Pending, Promotion/Title change with same Employer

Hi

Experts out there, please help me with my existing scenario.

I485 application date 01-24-2012 (Pending process)

EAD approved and received cards 15-03-2012

If my employer decided to give me a promotion (Title change but most of the reponsibilities are same) will that negatively effect my I485 processing / GC in anyway ?

I appreciate your help.
