Prakash_1182 Posted April 4, 2012 Report Share Posted April 4, 2012 Hi - I am working with Company A on L1B visa. My visa is expiring in May 2012 and my I-94 is valid till Nov 2014. After May 2012, I will be working on L2/EAD as my wife is on L1B. My company is filing H1B this year for me. Can I work on H1 for 1 year after completing 5 years on L1B ? is that legal ?
