krpatel Posted April 4, 2012 Report Share Posted April 4, 2012 Details Perm Applied: October 2011 Perm Denied: Dec 2011 Appeal: Jan 10 2012 The reason for denial was that one of the add for recruitment started before obtaining the PWD, and Perm was filed after the expiry of the PWD validity.. Attorney filed motion to reconsider to CO, since she states of committing a typo where the add was mistyped as 05(May) instead of 06(June)...she states it to be procedural error, and this resulted into erroneous denial..any opinion of the approval chances for such typo?
