L1A to GC

I have L1A and working in US for the past one year. My designation in petition reflects as Project Leader. I used to have a team earlier when they processed L1A. Now, I do not have any subordinates as they moved me to new project.

Can I apply for GC on my own? Whether I am eligible for EB1 category?

If yes, then what kind of documents are required by the Employer to meet the criteria.

A foreign national may only apply for EB1© Multinational Manager/Executive if the employer serves as his petitioner.

That being said, the situation you are describing raises some concerns. Did your employer file an amended petition based upon the changes in your job duties? If not, you may have violated your status. I recommend you consult with an experienced attorney in the very near future.
