srvizag Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 Hi, I got stamped my H1B in 2008 which is expired in Sept'2011. Due to some family issues I have not visited to US during this period. kalyan_ac Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 You should first file for a new h1b petition. You can choose between cap-exempt or cap-subject. Once your h1b is approved you can go for visa stamping. Link to comment
