LCA - Different job and occupation title

My employer filed a LCA with my Job Title as Technical Manager but the SOC (ONET/OES) Occupation Title as Computer Software Engineer. It was approved by DOL.

Can my employer do this? Change the title so the prevailing wage is lower?

I think (but they have not provided the paperwork) they filed a LCA with the Manager title but it was rejected by DOL as my salary was less than the prevailing wage.
