H1B Applications and Visa Stamping through multiple employers?

HI Team,

A quick question.......

I got H1B approval for both my current employer and another employer intended to take me.

Can I go for stamping through both the employers or I need to select one before I go to stamping?

If one of my visa stamping is went to 221g, can I go for the next visa approval?

Please advice so that I can plan accordingly.
