EB3 - interlink 140 - 485

I filed EB3 - 485 Aug 2007 based on 2005 approved RIR labor and on 2007 140 receipt

This 140 got denied and filed I290B for same on Apr 2008 which is still pending

Simultaneously with the same employer filed EB3 perm labor 2008 and filed I140 APR 2009 on this approved perm labor -still pending

Response to Service Request is asking to withdraw first appeal 290b then they will adjudicate second 140.

Please Advise what can be done to interlink I485 to second I140 so that i can renew EAD/AP
