sangeetap
I am a licensed special education teacher. Currently I am on a H4 visa. Recently I got a job offer for a teacher's job from a public school and I need to talk to them regarding sponsoring H1B visa for me. I would appreciate if you could answer following questions. 1. Does public school considered as a non-profit organization, so that they don’t have to wait for H1B quota? 2. What are H1B filling expenses for a non-profit organization. 3. Which part of the H1B filing expenses can be paid by me? -Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
Public schools fall under the quota. Only universities, non-profit research organizations affiliated with universities and government research organizations are exempt from the quota. Link to comment
