transfer started; now want to file extension with current employer

Currently i'm working on H1B with Company A.

I-94 expires on 26th may 2012 .I need to file for extension very soon.

I got an offer from Company B and they started my H1 transfer.

I'm not sure if i will join Company B as company A has come up with some attractive offer.

Q1. Can I start filing extension with Company A ?

Q2. What to do with the petition of company B? Will that create any problem with the extension of Company A?

Ask A to file H1b extension. B's H1b process won't create any problem.
