It went to random audit, audit replied but denied in Oct 2011. Lawyer said it a clear government error, and reappealed in government error Queue in Nov 2011. As i didn't get any reply until now iam in a assumption that it is under standard appeals. The reason for denial was missing one of the tax document as a part of audit reply. Lawyer says they have sent everything and had the copy of them. I want to know what is the success rate in such kind of cases. What are my options? Thank you, Reddy. Link to comment
