H1B - F1 - H1B - next step?

Hi ,

My case summary is: H1B - F1 - H1B (terminated).

My last pay sub is dated Feb 28. Trying to find a new employer/sponsor for new H1b.

Already a month has passed since I fell out of status. Got an I-20 from a local school. In a dilemma now whether to apply or notapply for a COS to F1.

Should I wait another month and see if I can find a new job and reapply for H1B.

I will highly appreciate your replies/advise
