gans1 Posted March 31, 2012 Report Share Posted March 31, 2012 Hello All Are there any issues in H-1B transfer now-a-days.I work as an employee of an Indian Company. Got a new project in a big firm as a contractor and am now initiating my H-1B transfer from my employer to this Consultant firm. There are 2 layers in between and am afraid if that is now an issue in H-1B transfers. Can you please advice on 1. Is client invitation letter a must for H1 transfers.?. 2. What if the end client gives the letter for their direct vendor only..?..There are 2 layers in between my employer and the end client.Will this be an issue.? 3. Are there any chances of rejection with 3 layers in between? 4. My Consultant says that its risky to file this H1 in Premium, hence only a Normal processing can be done.
