Hi,

I am working on L1B in US now and i am going to apply H1B in April 2012. My L1B is valid till Jun 2013. I may have to go to india around oct 2012. If my H1B petition approved and if i go to india by october i will go to stamping.In case if my H1B stamping rejected, can i still travel on L1B back to US? Please let me know.
