jersian Posted March 30, 2012 Report Share Posted March 30, 2012 Hi All, I have already applied on EB3 with company A in chicago and 485 pending with sept 2004 as priority date. Currently I am getting a offer with Company B in NY and they are ready to process in EB2. Can I keep my priority date and start the transfer from EB3 to EB2 with company B ?? Also my wife is on same application and she is working on EAD, will that affect if I change company??. Thx in advance.. Link to comment
