sumittyagi Posted March 30, 2012 Report Share Posted March 30, 2012 My lawyer filed the Prevailing wage for me on 10/21/2011 and the determination was issued on 12/28/2011..... after that how long does my lawyer has to complete the recruitment the process.. and file the labor. Please advice me.. lawyer is so busy that they wont even respond to calls or emails, thats why I am little worried...what if the prevailing wage expires before filing the labor.... Link to comment

Your determination was received on 12/28/2011 and its almost 90 days since PWD came in, to post date. PWD has expiration date of 90 days, so your PERM must be filed by 03/28/2013. If your lawyer is not responding, it means that your employer has terminated your PERM Process and your attorney is no longer obligated to respond to you anymore. No Attorney or employer is so busy that they can not even respond to your information request, unless they have valid reason not to do so.
