Employment ended and H1 is in 7th year.

Hi there!

My employment with company A ended on 03/28/2012. How much time do I have to find another employment?

1: If I cannot find an employer, what options do I have?

2: If I switch to H4, can I come back on H1 again (my current H1 is in 7th year and it is valid until 11/30/2014)

3: I have an offer with Company B and they are filing my LCA on 03/30/2012 with joining date of 04/09/2012. Am I safe here?
