Company A started my H1B visa in 2012 and currently in RFE response review status and not sure when this will be approved. however I have company B also going to start filing H1B in April 2ond. (Company B knows my situation) Can you please suggest on what options I have in case if both H1B's are approved? Given that company A has filed the H1B in 2012 FY and still in RFE status and may get approval sometime in April and assuming company B H1B is also approved with effect 2 october 2012. please suggest.
