eligible for EB2?

Hi

I have done BE in Computers (4 years).

I have 3.4 years work experience from indian company.

After that I joined the Company A in US and was working from client X for 8 months , After that I joined the B company but continued to work with client X for 1.8 years.

Now I have joined the client X as full time for 1.8 years. now Client X is planning to file my GC. So am I eligible for EB2 category.

As I have 5.8 years of experience prior joining the client X. or my .8 months and 1.8 years experience will not be counted because its with client X.

It depends on the job requirement/description of the client not what your qualification and experience is.

Also they say the experience at the current client does not count unless its going to change by more than 50% than what you do today for future employment.
