usl Posted March 28, 2012 Report Share Posted March 28, 2012 I worked in company A from 2007 to 2008 in India. Moved to onsite and worked for the same company from 2008 to 2010. (both places in managerial designation) I transferred my H1 to company B and working with them from Nov 2010 to till date. Now, if I rejoin the company A - can they file my GC in EB1 category? Will the breakage of service count or not? Link to comment
