Changing employer when GC is processing

Hi,

Thank you all for the wonderful services provided.

I am presently working in company A in L1 B visa whose 5 year term ends in Oct 2012. Company A is applying H1 b for me for 1 year and hence my 6 yr term will be completed in oct 2013.

Company A is also ready to apply GC

-- After which stage of GC, can i shift to employer B. If i shift my employer after PERM approval, are there chances of employer A revoking the PERM, LC process

-- if company A revokes LC application, should i apply for a new LC - PERM with employer B or i can use the same PERM date applied originally by company A
