PERM from a non working company

Hi Group,

I just wanted to check if I can process my PERM(and so the green card) via a company which is not my employer. Actually I am doing so because I am a bachelor with 6.5 years of experience however when I joined current employer I had less than 5 years of experience. Now I cant use the experience gained in my current employer to complete 5 years of exp eligibility for EB2.

I got another employer who agreed to sponsor me for the green card even I wont work with him.

Also can I process more than one PERM via 2 different companies?

Yes, you can. Future employer PERMs attract more scrutiny. Why don't you join with them before proceeding PERM. That would be a better option.

I cant join any new company because I have an agreement to work with my current employer for next 10 more months. What kind of query do the USCIS give for PERM when employee havent yet joined the employer. How much %age of chance is there for any query.
