Education eligiblity for EB2 and DOL?

I did master degree while working full time in F1-Curricular Practical Training (CPT) in Job Title: 'Job1'. Now after my master degree they(same employer) hired me in another title: 'Job2' which has more than 50% difference in job description. Does DOL consider this master degree for PERM EB2?
