I have sent the papers for CP recently but with the dates retrogressing in May, I am not sure how long it will take to GC. I am going to India for vacation and will have to go to the consulate in india for visa stamping for company a. I may be getting a good offer from company B. So can the H1 transfer be initiated by Company B while I am in India or will this jeopardize the stamping for company a ? Thanks in advance Link to comment
