RFE - USCIS asked the same evidence submitted already

I am applying for H1-b renewal and transfer of employer.

I got RFE by USCIS asking more evidence.

However most of them are the SAME evidence my lawyer already submitted.

I don't know why they do it.

Has anyone else have the same problem?

If yes, how did you/your lawyer deal with it?

Also, how long would it take them to reach the decision in your case?

Hi,

Judoman did you receive your RFS responce how long they took to give response for your RFE. Coz yesterday they received my REF response and my case is similar to your case.
