Part-Time Experience count for GC-EB2?

Hi experts,

I worked as part time IT job during my study PGIS (post grad in Information Systems) in Australia for 2 years.

Can I show this 2 years part time experience as 1 Year Fulltime experience so that I become eligible for EB2.

My Eng-Bachelors --> 4 years

Part time(2years) --> 1years

USA Experience --> 4 years

Total 5years.

Please help me...

I also had a similar question and my attorney said that part time experience does count. You have to make sure that when you get an experience letter from your employer, they need to mention that you worked part time for 20 hours a week. So, working 20 hours a week for 2 years can be considered as working full time (40 hours/week) for one year.
