Boston_107
Hello Friends, I have one scenario in which I am not sure how things works. I am on H1B which is expiring on 26th June 2012 and this is the end of the 6th year term. But, due to my pending GC, I have approved H1B extension which is valid from 27th June 2012 onwards. Now if I travel out of US during the early June and come back before 26th June 2012 then do I have to get another stamp for new time period(starting from 27th June)? And on my return at Port of Entry, can they ask for new visa stamp? Thanks in advance for your assistance in this regard. I appreciate the help... Regards, Boston_107 Link to comment
livliv
You can use your current Visa and new approval notice up to the Visa expiry date. Link to comment
